About Us

Established in 1996, Rich's Auto Care is a family business owned by Richard Pedraza, 2002 World Champion Superpro Raceway at Pomona, California. Rich attended Boise State University majoring in business and has 35 years of technical experience in the automotive repair business. His father, Rick, has over 35 years of management experience in the automotive and heavy equipment repair business. 

Rich's Auto Care is a full service foreign and domestic automotive repair facility. They enjoy the loyalty of their base customers who tend to be women and senior citizens. Rich's Auto Care has averaged a 20% growth each year since inception. In 2002 the shop was expanded from four to ten bays to accommodate the growth of the business and labor force. 

The work force includes the owner and his family, two services writers, and five highly qualified ASE certified technicians. The shop is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment. They specialize in air-conditioning service and repairs, troubleshooting and repairing drive-ability problems, and light duty diesel engine truck repairs. Original equipment manufacturing replacement parts are used, unless otherwise requested by the customer. The shop management system is computerized and managed by using the Mitchell 1, and OnDemand5 repair and estimating software.
